27 Mantras To Increase Your Willpower

I have experienced the power of mantras for years. Mantras are phrases or sentences one can repeat as a form of meditation. I use them as tools for transformation. My favorite definition that I found online is “a sacred utterance.” Are you aware that the words you speak can be sacred?

“We hold the power to change our own lives, one word at a time.”

-Farah Lawal Harris

Here are 27 mantras I regularly use to lift my mood and spirit. I particularly love reciting mantras in the mirror and saying them to myself silently before meetings and doctor’s appointments.

If any of these mantras speak to you, try closing your eyes and repeating the phrase at least three times:

  1. God loves me so much.

  2. I am blessed beyond measure.

  3. I can manifest anything I put my mind to.

  4. This, too, shall pass.

  5. Everything I need, I already possess.

  6. I am a blessing.

  7. My ideas are brilliant.

  8. I bring light to every room I enter.

  9. I radiate love.

  10. The universe conspires in my favor.

  11. I am beautiful inside and out.

  12. More people love me than I could ever imagine.

  13. The best is yet to come.

  14. Everything I lost will be restored.

  15. There is a lesson in every failure.

  16. This is only a season.

  17. I deserve love and respect.

  18. I am not a person. I am an infinite soul.

  19. I have the power to shift my energy.

  20. I can never be too late for my own life.

  21. Happiness is a choice.

  22. I can experience joy in the midst of suffering.

  23. Everything is working together for my good.

  24. I can only control the controllable.

  25. My prayers always get answered.

  26. No matter what happens, I will be well.

  27. I am well. I am safe. I am loved. I am protected.
